How We Work

Virtual-first. Fiduciary always. Transparent about fees.

No leased office, no hidden incentives, no product quotas. A practice built for the way our clients actually want to work — and honest about what it costs before any work begins.

01

Virtual by default.

We meet on Zoom — fewer commutes, more bandwidth for the conversations that matter. The same clients who insist on in-person counsel for an acquisition take everything else by video now. Wealth was the laggard; we're early to where it's going. When the moment calls for it, we travel.

02

Coordinated by design.

Your CPA, attorney, and banker each optimize their corner. We're the one who sees the whole field — convening the conversation, catching what falls between the silos, and making sure six smart decisions add up to one good plan.

03

Compensated by you. Only you.

No commissions. No product sales. No referral kickbacks. Our only revenue is the fee you pay us, which means our only incentive is your outcome. Every recommendation passes one test: is this right for you?

The Engagement

What working together actually looks like.

No mystery, no surprises. Four steps from first conversation to an ongoing relationship — and you can stop at any one of them.
01

The Conversation

30 minutes · No cost · No obligation

We talk. You bring one financial question or the decision keeping you up at night. We listen, ask a few sharp questions, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. You leave with at least one useful answer — whether or not we ever work together.

02

The Diagnostic

Project-based · Fixed fee, quoted up front

If there's a fit, we do the deep work: a complete picture of where you are, where you're headed, and the specific gaps between. For business owners pre-exit, this is a structured engagement that produces a real plan — not a sales document.

03

The Relationship

Ongoing · Retainer or AUM-based

For clients who want ongoing guidance, the diagnostic converts to a continuing relationship — investment management, coordination across your advisors, and a living plan that adapts as your life does. You get a portal, not a quarterly PDF.

04

Stewardship

Always on · Reviewed regularly

We meet on a rhythm that fits your life, and your plan is available to you any day in between. When something changes — a new offer, a market move, a family event — you reach us, and we've usually already seen it coming.

The Planning Portal

A living plan — not a quarterly statement.

Juncture is the first practice running on Athena — next-generation planning software built specifically for the work conventional advisor platforms can't do. It's developed in-house, and it changes what being a client feels like.

01

Your plan, always on.

A private portal where your whole picture lives — strategy, investments, Social Security timing, stress tests, where you are and where you're headed. Not a statement you receive. A plan you can walk into any day.

02

Ask your own "what if."

"What if I retire a year earlier?" "Will I outlive my money?" Model the scenarios that keep you up at night against your actual plan — and see a real answer. Educational illustrations, always; nothing changes your plan until we've reviewed it together.

03

One click to your advisor.

Find a scenario worth pursuing? Send it over with a click — Henry sees what you're already thinking about before the next conversation begins. Plus a secure vault for documents that should never live in email.

Built in-house. Designed so nothing falls through the cracks of a complex life.

What It Costs

We publish our fees. On purpose.

Most advisors make you ask. We'd rather you knew before the first call — so the conversation is about fit, not money.
